Shipping Information

Cater Supply Direct is offering free shipping within the continental United States for orders of $149 and above. Orders shipped within the continental United States have varying shipping and processing rates, depending on your geographical region and order total. Some products require additional shipping charges due to large box sizes and other properties causing higher freight costs.  We generally will ship UPS ground though on large orders, we may ship by common carrier.

Cater Supply Direct will ship in stock items within 24-48 hours. East Coast delivery time is generally 1-2 days, Central States are 3-5 days and the West Coast is 5-7 days. Next day, second day or third day deliveries are available at additional cost. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any late deliveries.

Please note that your order may be split between our various fulfillment distribution centers.


Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to note and report any damage or shortages to the delivery driver. Please note that all claims of damage should by made to the carrier, not to Cater Supply Direct.

We will issue you a return authorization for any reason subject to the following conditions: · Customer agrees to pay full return freight · Items are returned in “full case” and in resalable unopened condition. In addition, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. We will not take back any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. We do not accept freight collect returns.

Returns due to shipping error will be fully credited. A call tag will be issued for pick up of the merchandise and the credit will be issued upon delivery.

We will not accept any returns due to color matching between products. Colors vary between plastic and paper and we will not be responsible for colors being off a shade.

Cancelled orders due to customer preference will be charged 3% cancellation handling fee. Cancelled orders due to stock outs will not be charged.
